      Here where I live, a Korean restaurant has spicy pork bulgogi and spicy chicken bulgogi. What do you add to make it spicy? How would you marinate it?

      Dwaejibulgogi (Spicy pork BBQ)

      Use pepper paste and additional pepper flakes if you want it more spicy. I use both in mine.

      I marinate pork for upto 48hrs and chicken over night. If you slice the meat thin it only needs a couple hours to marinate. I use a lot of boneless country style ribs instead of pork belly. They are far cheaper and still have a nice amount of fat.
