      Hello, Maangchi!
      Thank you so much for all your wonderful recipes! I got so many compliments from my Korean in-laws thanks to you – especially for the Napa kimchi and kimchi jjigae! My father in law said it’s the best kimchi jjigae he ever tried. 😊👍👍
      Now, there’s a recipe I’ve been looking for in years and I still cannot find it. I tried this delicious jjigae in the London restaurant ‘Kimchi’ – it had spinach, tofu cubes and enoki mushrooms. All fresh and a little crunchy, and the stew was medium thick, salty and medium hot too. Yummm…so delicious!! I explained to my Korean sister in-law and she made it right away. But I don’t know how to do it myself…please help!
      I’d appreciate it if you had the time to post this delicious recipe!
