      The fried egg dish is a familiar dish because of its quick but still nutritious processing for a meal. With so many ways of processing that women often do such as wormwood eggs, vegetable fried eggs, fried eggs kimchi … But with this spongy fried egg dish, only 3 basic ingredients are eggs and Refined salt, with a little pepper, you will feel the delicious taste of eggs in this dish !!

      1. Chicken eggs 3 pieces
      2. Salt 1/4 teaspoon
      3. Pepper 1/4 tsp
      4. Butter 1 teaspoon


      Step 1:
      Divide the whites and yolks into 2 different bowls. Whites use a cotton whipping machine. The yolk stirred. Pour the yolks into the bowl of the egg white, gently mix with silicone.

      Step 2:
      Heat the pan, spread the butter over the pan, lower the heat and pour the eggs in, using a silicone scraper to spread the egg mixture evenly. Cover and fry eggs to brown. Cook the eggs, open the lid, sprinkle with salt and ground pepper. Turn off the fire.

      Step 3:
      Lift the pan to fry the egg in the middle of the plate, using the grit to fold it in the picture. Add a few slices of sandwich or enjoy with hot rice with salads and tomatoes. Yummy !!
