Annyeonghaseyo Maangchi, can i replace pork, beef, and chicken with fish? In my place it called dori (i dont know what you called for this kind of fish) because my family dont really like red meat and chicken.. Thank you so much :)
Yes, you can use fish. White flesh fish doesn’t contain much fat, so it will be good for the dish. If you make it with dory, it should be called Dory Tangsu. Good luck! https://www.maangchi.com/recipe/tangsuyuk
