Helping me make one of my favorite meals. I cheated and used a old imported kimchi ive been wanting to try. The danmuji is a Chinese style sweet pickled daikon with some turmeric for color. I cant find the gardenia fruits at any of my markets.
This is very good kimchi btw but a little expensive. About $5 for 500 grams.
Packaged on 2/21/2017. The store owner said this one is fermented for a long time before its packaged. No preservatives or artificial ingredients.
