      First of all, THANK YOU Maangchi for all the recipes you have given me through your website!! I have been staying in Seoul in the summer for two years in a row (2013 & 2014), that is how I got the authentic taste of Korean food and adjust my Korean cooking dish accordingly. I am also experimenting so many different recipes on my own and turned them into fusion food. Toasted Bulgogi Sub is one of them, here is the recipe;

      Ingredients:
      1 French bread
Beef bulgogi (Cook the beef with the marinade sauce on frying pan for about 5 minutes, then separate the meat from the sauce. Save the sauce in the bowl and broil just the beef for 2 minutes)
6 slices sharp Cheddar Cheese (you can use any cheese)
      1 tsp chopped Scallion
      1 tsp red Bell pepper
2 eggs for the Omelette, mix with the chopped scallion and red bell pepper then season them with Seaweed Salt and Pepper)
      1/4 C Gochujang sauce
      1/8 C BBQ sauce
      2 Tbs water
1 tsp Spicy Brown or Honey Dijon or Deli mustard (your choice!)
      Japansese Mayonnaise
      Mustard
      Fresh cracked black pepper,
      1 sliced Green chili
      1 thin sliced garlic

      Preparations:
      1. Cook the beef with the marinade sauce on frying pan for about 5 minutes, then separate the meat from the sauce. Save the sauce in the bowl and broil just the beef for 2 minutes.
      2. Mix the eggs with the chopped scallion and red bell pepper then season them with Seaweed Salt and Pepper), then make the omelette. Once its done, slice it lengthwise into 4 pieces.
      3. Mix the Gochujang, BBQ sauce, water and mustard together.
      4. Cut the bread lengthwise, take out the center bread (so you won’t eat too much carbs!).
      5. Arrange the cheese on each side of bread.
      6. Put bulgogi meat on the cheese the one on the bottom side of bread, then sprinkle with bulgogi marinate juice.
      7. Arranged sliced green chili and garlic on the bulgogi.
      8. Add Gochujang-Barbecue sauce, mayonnaise and mustard, fresh cracked black pepper.
      9. Add Gochujang-Barbecue sauce, mayonnaise and mustard on the cheese the one on the top side of the bread.
      10. Arrange the sliced eggs on the sauce (the step #7).
      11. Toasted in the toaster oven for 5-7 minutes (just enough to melt the cheese.
      12. When its done, arrange the Danmuji (yellow pickled radish) then romaine lettuce on top of the bottom side of bread, then put bread together, cut in half.
      13. You can eat the sub with side of cabbage kimchi or simply add it on the bread after its toasted.
