      Hi Maangchi!

      I do know that many people don’t like tongue (but have no problems with eggs ;-)).

      But I’m very much interested in Korean recipes for tongue; I know that it’s peeled raw, sliced thinly and barbecued in Japanese cooking, served with dips – any recommendations whatsoever? Ssam, yes, of course!
