Hi, I’m having trouble finding a recipe/video that I’m pretty sure I remember Maangchi creating at least a few years ago. It involved whole leaves of Chinese cabbage (not whole leaf kimchi in my recollection) with a “filling” applied to them. I remember the filling containing ground pork and crumbled tofu, but I could be somewhat mistaken there. The leaves with the attached filling were then dipped in egg and bread crumbs and pan-fried like cutlets.
Does anyone remember this recipe? I would be so grateful if you could point me to it. I’ve had no luck searching the site. TIA!
