      Hey guys,

I know this possibly has been asked before I am in a pickle though (haha, sorry).

Aparently since the Virus we wont name broke out, my fellow Germans gave decided to ferment stuff for …keeping it longer. Usually only old german ladies still ferment stuff. And the people that love Kimchi.

Now Amazon usually always had the e-jen containers on stock. I have a small one but now decided (my timing is never the best) to get another, since I am always running out of Kimchi. Thus I could always make it every few weeks and have storage.

Lo and behold the container can not be bought for the usual 20 bucks anylonger, its now between 90-100 with long wait times.

      Long story short:

After the first fermenting phase, how do I properly store the kimchi in the fridge in clip and lock Tupperware?
Is there anything I need to take care off, besides making sure there is always juice topping it all?

      Thanks in advance for reading,

      Sauerkraut
