I bought noodles labeled Korean Knife Cut Vermicelli noodles. Can someone direct me to a recipe for them. I used them in soup, but looking for a drier type dish. For some reason pic will not attach.
      Thanks so much.

Sorry; I didn’t read your post thoroughly enough.

Just use them instead of rice for any dish; cook them shortly (until done, but still chewy) in a generous amount of salted water. Drain and enjoy immediately or cool them down quickly with cold water and drain again; maybe add a little vegetable oil to prevent them from sticking together

      Thanks Sanne,
Yes I tried them in soup. I was looking to combine them in a dish instead of using plain as a starch base.

Pre cook and use them like Lo Mein using pork and kimchi.
