Is there a way to search/view recipes by the amount of time it takes to prepare, or is there a list/thread of recipes that are easy and quick to prepare on busy weeknights? I work until 5pm and don’t have the time (or energy!) to prepare elaborate meals. I enjoy making all kinds of things on weekends.

      Hi!

What I like to do is prepare everything the night before. My go to dinners for a busy night is bulgogi (i’ll marinate it the night before), banchan, load up my ricer cooker with rice in the morning and set my rice cooker timer to cook an hour before I get home so i’ll have freshly cooked rice. Quickly cook the bulgogi, serve it with some lettuce and vegetables, banchan, and rice.

If you live near a Korean market, you can always purchase some premade bulgogi or galbi and just keep it in your fridge/freezer and use it whenever needed.

I always have a bag of mandu (dumplings) in the freezer for those kinds of busy nights as well.

      Cathy
