I need some suggestions on weekly Korean meal prep. I am looking to cook for a family of 4 during the weekend for the next 7 days. I work out 2-3 hours a day for 6 days out of the week. My wife is currently breastfeeding. We need some good ready to eat freezer meal to balance our life style.
