      I just bought a huge jar of black bean paste. Last night we made Jjajangmyun for 10 people and it was WONDERFUL. But what ELSE can I make with this huge jar of chunjang? Any suggestions??

      Pekinese duck – the part that calls for Hoisin Sauce.

      That sounds good! I was also thinking of trying to stir fry a little and then scrambling an egg into it.

      The lady at the store said I could freeze it, too. I will probably freeze a few 1/4 cup portions.
