So I made Tongbaechu-kimchi yesterday, but I realised afterwards I putted everything in the container that I forgot to put fish sauce for the seasonings and spices what should I do?
Also if I make a new batch, would I be able to put new kimchi on my previous kimchi on top? Or would I need to put it in a different container? Would this be able to solve the problem?
