      I’m curious if with your white flour dumpling wrappers I can substitute while wheat flour instead?

      I’m pretty sure you meant white wheat flour – and that’s exactly what maangchi used.

      Very pleased to know that it’s white wheat flour. I obviously completely missed that when I was reading the recipe.
