      Hi. I see sweet potato noodles in 3 widths in the shops, but only ever find recipes that use the skinniest. Would love know what the wider noodles are used for

      I would recommend adding a cucumber, cut into strips, it will add freshness, as well as a clove of fresh garlic, a little rice vinegar and toasted sesame seeds. The rest of the recipe is quite authentic. Although, I also add red onion to the frying. It adds extra sweetness to dishes.
