I lived in Korea for 1 year teaching English at a Hagwon. I remember a soup that the lunch lady made that I really liked. It was a very earthy soup with a variety of wild herbs (I presume). I believe Gosari (fern brake) was one of them. It was not spicy. I don’t recall if the broth tasted like an anchovy, beef, or other base. There wasn’t any meat in the soup that I recall.

Does this soup sound familiar to anybody? Does anybody know the name or can point me to a recipe?
