Woo Dong

I would love to learn to make homemade Woo Dong. My grandmother used to make the best Woo Dong. I’m not sure which ingredients she used to make the broth, but it was very tasty. I think she may have made it with dried anchovies and others. I also remember that she also used to add very thin fried tofu as well. Could you please post Woo Dong recipe and perhaps fried tofu as well? Thank you.
