My kids like to add sliced hotdogs to their ramyeon. I like to add green onions, Napa cabbage (or spinach, or green leaf lettuce), egg (in threads like egg drop soup), sometimes I add bean sprouts and grilled, marinated tofu. (I have a smokeless, indoor electric grill.)
