Chirp: Thank you so so so SO much! I have been looking for an oritang recipe since I was in Gwangju last year and never found one until now.
I am going to try to make this soon. I just have to figure out where to find a few of these ingredients in Phnom Penh.
Thanks again, I really appreciate it!
linaMemberI ran it through a translator as well but the translation really isn’t good enough to try and cook from.
If anyone who speaks Korean would be willing to help me translate this recipe, I’d really appreciate it.
linaMemberThanks, Emily. If you don’t like it and don’t want to make a video, I understand. But I would be really grateful if you’d post your recipe or help me translate the one above. I haven’t been able to find it anywhere.
linaMemberYes, I am hoping we will hear from the lady of the house *ahem*
linaMemberAnyone willing to translate that recipe for me? Please?
linaMemberI wonder if this was maybe a Japanese take on sundubu. Have you ever heard of sesame paste being used in Korean cooking?
Thanks :)
