You seem to like cucumbers a lot. There are many ways of making some side dishes with cucumbers. I will post the recipe later. Thank you
MaangchiKeymasterhello, obscuremirage,

MaangchiKeymasterHyun Chan,
Jjampong, sure!
MaangchiKeymastershan5,
I use pork belly(samgyup sal: 삼겹살) part or pork shoulder to make spicy sliced pork dish (jeyukbokkeum). The dish is already included in the list of my upcoming recipes.
Thank you!
MaangchiKeymasterliz,
rice drink (shikhye: 식혜) will be posted in the near future.
Thanks,
MaangchiKeymasterbhxray,
dakdoritang is called “dakbokkeum” these days. It’s hot spicy chicken stew with vegetables. Ok, more side dishes and dakbokkeum. Thanks!
MaangchiKeymasterhsmicatering,
Korean delegates sounds interesting! But I’m sure they are not interested in eating heavy food such as bulgogi for breakfast. :) I recommend making these dishes.
1. rice
2. beef radish soup
(check out my oisobagi and radish soup recipe)
3. kimchi
4. spinach side dish
5. egg side dish (gyeran jjim)
* You can prepare for oisobagi and jobchae to impress them, but as I said, most Koreans don’t eat heavy breakfast just like western people.
MaangchiKeymastermiloodee,
yes, you can add seafood to your jja jang sauce. Commonly shrimp, sea cucumber, and squid are used.
MaangchiKeymastermiloodee,
If you like fluffy fishcake, put some water(1-2 tbs) when you cook it.
MaangchiKeymasterteh85,
oh, I’m not a big fan of budaejjigae because it uses ham and sausage in the stew, but so many people have requested the dish so far. I’m going to post the recipe later!
MaangchiKeymasterkeigh07,
Injeolmi is ddeok made of sweet rice powder (glutinous rice powder). I am going to post the recipe later. I am sure they will love gyungdan rice cake if they like the taste of chewy injeolmi(인절미). Check out this, you will see the photo of injeolmi. : )

MaangchiKeymasterthebrain,
Yes, I do. I will post it soon later. Thanks.
MaangchiKeymastermiloodee
Yes, it’s a side dish. Korean restaurants serve side dishes before serving main dish, so you may think they are appetizer.
The fish cake side dish you mention is very easy to make.
Cut it in bite size first, stir fry with a little bit of vegetable oil, then put some garlic, hot pepper paste, soy sauce, and sugar or corn syrup. Then put some sesame oil and roasted sesame seeds.
That’s all!
You can add some chopped green onions, too if you want.
I will post the video recipe later. Thank you!
