Hi, bulgibibimbap?
I think it’s bulgogibibimbap, Is that right? Maybe I don’t know about it. Anyway, if you meant bulgogibibimbap, check out my bulgogi and bibimbap video. I’m sure you can make it. Anybody knows about this food?
MaangchiKeymasterthanhchan,
My bibimbap video is on YouTube now and no problem with watching it. Anybody else has the same problem?
MaangchiKeymasterKimchi Girl,
Yes, many people have already requested the dish. I will post it later. Thanks a lot! I read about you in “Introduce yourself” section. heh, cute nickname Kimchi Girl. : )
MaangchiKeymasterSoup,
Thanks for your request. All are accepted and included in the list of my upcoming recipes. I’m too busy to post my recipes very often. I hope you can understand it. I cook everyday, but when it comes to filming video, it takes lots of time and effort.
I’m glad to hear that your father loves the yeolmu kimchi recipe. Be nice to your father. : )
MaangchiKeymasterHi,iamsentra,
It’s called “moowoo malaengyee” (무우말랭이). I don’t use soy sauce for the recipe. You can add some hot pepper paste and mulyeot in it and mixt it together, and it will be delicious I guess. Anyway I’m going to post the recipe later.

MaangchiKeymasterI have posted so many non-spicy dishes. Take a look at the recipes closely.
Cod jeon, kimbap, jobchae, radish soup, soybean side dish,
samgyetang(gingseng chicken soup), cucumber soup(oinaengguk),potato side dish, spinach side dish, egg side dish, gyungdan (rice cake), galbijjim, bulgogi, …

And also you can change my recipe according to your taste.
MaangchiKeymasterlina,
I use raw wild sesame seeds powder(들깨 가루: deul kkae garu) in some vegetable side dishes. I’m going to post the recipes someday in the future. Thank you!
MaangchiKeymastercpatrick,
Andong jjimdak (chicken dish) is included in the list of my upcoming cooking video recipes. In Myungdong, Seoul, there are so many good restaurants. My favorite place is “myungdong kalguksoo” (homemade noodle soup).
MaangchiKeymasterI know how to make gochujang and doenjang, but it’s hard for me to get all ingredients here in NYC, besides it takes a long time! To make good doenjang, it takes months and months!
Check out some online information about it, then you will understand what I’m saying.
Anyway, I will let this go and may think about categorizing this forum section later for efficiency.
Your request raw crab (gaejang) is accepted. Several people have requested the dish.
Thank you!
September 13, 2008 at 5:27 pm in reply to: Can you teach us how to make Jang Bon? (spicy seafood soup) #51462MaangchiKeymasterjenuin,
What is Jang bon? : ) Spicy seafood stew is called “maewoontang” (매운탕) in Korean. Jangbon(쟁반) in Korean means a plate. Anyway, I guess you want to learn maewoontang. It’s already included in the list of my upcoming tutorial recipe videos. Thank you for your request. If it’s not that you talk about, let me know again. And anybody who knows it, just feel free to leave your answer here.
Yeah, just like your mom, I had never measured, either. : )
MaangchiKeymasterysetiawa,
Was it sweet and sour?
Sylvia,
All your request is accepted!
Sticky, spicy, sweet chicken wings: Yangnyum tongdak
Spicy seafood soup: maewoontang
Cod soup: daegutang
Cod roe soup: daegu al tang
fish cake side dish: Uhmook bokkeum
green squash (zucchini) side dish: hobak bokkeum
Your favorite fish must be cod! (daegu)
MaangchiKeymasterchristine,
I’m sorry to say this. I can eat Jokbal (seasoned cooked pork feet), but I can’t handle pig feet. : )
MaangchiKeymasterlina,
I wish I could answer you! I have never had the Tokyo Sundubu.
Is there anybody who knows about this food and the recipe?
MaangchiKeymastergingeralenz,
Sure, chunggukjang recipe! I make it at home. It’s smelly but delicious and healthful food.
