I take salmon fillets and marinate 30 minutes in a mixture of soy sauce, garlic, onion, ginger, a little fish sauce and a little sesame oil. Oh, and a little black pepper, ground. Then grill. Delicious!
Just a note: there is no cholesterol in coconut oil or any other vegetable oil, or vegetable for that matter. Cholesterol only comes from animals and your own body.
