I saw bottles of perilla oil in the Korean market. Does anyone know what you can so with it?
Hey Janet… I never used perilla oil before but one of the chefs I follow on Instagram (Chef Jungsik Yim of the Michelin-ranked modern Korean restaurant Jungsik) just posted a picture of a bibimbap that used perilla oil. https://instagram.com/p/8mA9XLI28E/
