"Hi Maangchi! This looks amazing & I just bought a pound of pork belly at my local Korean store. It’s named Seoul Foods in Fridley, Minnesota. I bought your cookbook when you first released it & I proudly display it in my kitchen. This past Saturday I made Kmchi Pancake - so awesome! I’ve made many of your recipes! I love your videos, so are so cute! I have one question on the Spicy Pork Stew; what firmness of Tofu did you use? PS - I wish I could chop like you did! Very impressive! "I absolutely LOVE your new cookbook - it arrived yesterday!!! I watch & re-watch your UTUBE videos just about every day! You are such an inspiration to me! You are talented, cute, funny & just a joy to my day! Using all of your recipes I made an authentic Korean meal for my family of 8 people. My son & his girlfriend told me it was so authentic that I should open my own Korean restaurant - lol!!! My oldest son loves the stirfired anchovy banchan! I printed him the recipe & he's made it for his own family - how awesome is that! My 2 year old granddaughter loves it! Thank you for all of your hard work in putting these videos and cookbook together - very much appreciated! Would love to meet you some day, Maangchi!"
