Reminds me of my time in Seoul, and the restaurants close to my company location in Yeoksam. Missing gopchang.. right now. Question: I can enoki mushroom to the kimchi-jjigae as well, correct? I added to the spicy pork stew, and it was a nice filler for seconds."
