"Hi Maangchi, I had some frozen oysters that I put in the fridge and forgot about for 4 days. I used them in a kimchi hoping the fermentation would make them safe to eat. They are still fermenting on my counter now after 3 days. Do you have any experience with this? Would you still eat it?"
