I substituted the anchovies with 4 shiitake mushrooms in the stock; I skipped the seafood and meat but doubled the amount of each vegetable; and I used 1 and 1/2 tsp salt instead of fish sauce. I probably created something of my own but it still turned out really good haha :)"
