   I used Maangchi’s mandu recipe to make these dumplings, but I also added some kimchi to the mandu. I used Maangchi’s recipe as well to make the ‘Easy kimchi’. Recipe can be found here:https://www.maangchi.com/recipe/easy-kimchi
   My favourite way of eating kimchi mandu is with kimchi :)
