If you never make korean dish before, I personally suggest you to make “Dak-bokkeumtang (Spicy Braised Chicken)” for your boyfriend. I followed maanchi’s Dak-bokkeumtang recipe many times and it is perfect every single time and it’s easy to make.
Dak-bokkeumtang is korean’ favorite(I’m korean too) and a lot of my friends here love it too. I bet your boyfriend will loves it too.
