Reply To: Spicy chicken feet & rice ball

I support this request! I remember my mom clipping the talons off of chicken toes, then sautéing the feet into a soft, spicy, almost gooey-textured goodness. The skin would just melt and the tendons would provide such tender bounce and firmness…I’m almost drooling when I think about it.

Please post a recipe!
