The healthiest rice aside form wild rice is brown basmatti. Brown basmatti has the lowest glycemic index of any rice. Sweet/sticky rice and Jasmine are the worst.

Red rice is also very low on the GI.

Sprouted brown rice called GABA is also much better for you than most rice. Maybe even the best but its quite expensive.
