I have never eaten Gopchang jeongol but I love Lao style tripe soup and American southern style chitterlings so I am sure I would like Gopchang jeongol. I have found cow intestines for sale at my local Asian market so please Maangchi, have mercy on your hardcore followers and post a recipe. We already love you but we will love you even more.
