      Hi Maangchi! I really enjoy all of your recipes and videos. I was wondering if you could post a video on how to make a vegetarian version of “Korean style mapo tofu”. I had this dish at a korean restaurant and it was really good (nice and spicy). Another name for it is “Tofu Gopdol”. I hope you can post a video for this dish. Thanks so much :)
