      I tried to make Cheonggukjang using Maangchi’s recipe. Today is 48 hours of fermenting and I checked the beans. There is some beans with light green mold. Is that normal?

      Don’t eat the green mold!
      Use a spoon to take out the beans with blue mold and throw them out. You still can eat the rest of the cheonggukjang covered with white mold.
