   Irene says, " I basically adapted yr kimchi fried rice recipe with the addition of beef, a generous dollop of gochujang (korean chili paste) and a sprinkling of seaweed. Simple yet tasty and very satisfying! Don’t u just love simple but tasty, satisfying food?"
   You are right Irene. Every Korean loves this food.
