I just came back from Korean store and saw the above items but I don’t know what those are for. Any ideas?

Anybody knows what soybean flour fermented & acorn starch?
Maybe acorn jelly? I sometimes see some food name is translated weirdly. Acorn jelly dish (dotorimook) is included in the list of my upcoming video recipes.
