Hi Hana. I’m glad you liked my pic. Yes now I’m looking at the pic and thinking, "Is it lunch yet?" You are right, I did add some other ingredients. The great thing about Maangchi is that she gives us the confidence and foundation to be creative using her recipes. For my ddukbokkie, I added some seasoned pork that I had from my jjinbang mandu that I made, as well I chopped up some kimchi…lol! Hope you try it and let me know.

the sauce is maangchi’s recipe. and i cut up the ricecakes so that my children will have an easier time eating them.
