Kerri says, "…My chicken was so tender it fell off the bones! I almost couldn’t scoop it out of the rice and broth because it was falling apart….t it was very good and tasted clearly of chicken, .."

   Thanks for the comments! One of the best things is that your house (or apt) fills up with a wonderful smell while the chicken is cooking – garlicky and chicken-y and totally delicious.
