      I just made chayote kimchi today. I want to let it ferment but I keep wanting “just another taste” It is so good. I added some carrot and about a tablespoon of oyster sauce in addition to the fish sauce.

      I also made emergency kimchi since the Napa Cabbage was so expensive. I frequently make my kimchi with regular cabbage.
      I plan to make some kimchi pancake with some of this kimchi. Mmmm, it looks so good when Maangchi makes it.
