Hi Maangchi, my mother in law made a side dish when i stayed with them in Korea, it was ginsing cut into strips and i think mixed with chilli paste and fried maybe. Ive never actually asked her, i suppose i will lol but i want to know if you know it and mayne you could share it as it was one of my favourite things. Regards Chris
