It is so hard to find whole dried squid or if I do, it’s so expensive. I love 쥐포 (dried file dish), but sometimes I miss good old fashioned fire roasted dried 오징어, peanuts and a cold beer.
Does anyone know how to properly cure/dry whole squid? (And, maybe as a bonus, make 쥐포?)
I know Maangchi is a wizard after I saw her making 집 된장.
Although I’ve made the 청국장 many times because I LOVE the taste, I messed up the 매주 several times for doenjang.
