Hello!
My name is Ramona, I go by Ramcakes on most online forums ☺️. My question about eomuk is in regards to shaping. While I do not deny the beauty of the type of fish cake Maangchi made/makes in her video, I really enjoy fish cakes in sheet form. I have seen them mostly in packages in the freezer, or like you get as panchan in restaurants (photo attached for reference).
How does one go about shaping the sheet to fry? I have thought about spreading it onto plastic wrap and then freezing it before peeling off the plastic and frying it, but there has to be an easier alternative.
