I’m participating in a Korean food cook-off and can’t decide what to make. The ideal recipe would have the following qualities:
1) isn’t too difficult and can be made in small portions (need to feed 50-100 people)
2) captures the essence of Korean food without being too strange (need to be able to find the ingredients, although there is a small Korean grocery nearby)
3) can be reheated in an oven, microwave, or sterno tray to serve
I’ve been thinking about making japchae, kimbap, ddukgook, or bulgogi, but any thoughts and suggestions would be much appreciated.
Thanks!
