      I made Gosu Kimchi yesterday from a recipe Iv’e had for nearly 30 years, but on a whim, I used equal parts of Gochujang and Doenjang. The combination of the two pastes was wonderful! It created a more complex flavor than either paste has on it’s own, deep and rich. Now I want to try it in other dishes!
