Hello – we are in the Annandale, VA area so we have an opportunity to learn a great deal about Korean food. Many Korean restaurants here, as well as Korean grocers. We are looking forward to the (new, to us) experience.

Hello! I’m in the UK and we too have some great Korean supermarkets near to us – would be great to learn more about Korean cuisine so I’m able to utilise them properly! :)

      hey –
I have insomnia, and tend to set youtube up as general background, and somehow it cycled on Korean street food and I started watching, and have been watching them on and off for a few weeks now. I am fascinated by the food made, and want to make it for myself [well maybe not the stuff that starts out with ‘take a gallon of gojujong to 2 gallons of water’, really hot food isn’t my thing!] My husband and I are planning on doing a Korean Street Food New Years Eve party so we have been researching recipes.

I am planning on buying the rice cakes and fish cakes, they are a bit beyond me right now, but I have some white kimchi fermenting [got the recipe from an online friend] and am planning on the soy version of the soup, the fried vegetable fritters, fried yams and winter squash, and the sushi [not sure battered and fried or not]

I am really looking forward to experimenting with your recipes, tomorrow is the green beans with garlic =)

Hello I am Rahul Sharma it would be great here discussing and learning new recipes as I love different foods and I am a bit foodie. I would love to be interactive and share my recipes too.
