I would love to learn the traditional Korean method for making homemade soy sauce. If it can save money and I can store in the Korean traditional way (onngi). I want to learn!😋
This is called guk-ganjang and is a byproduct of making doenjang. Maangchi has a video and recipe online for it, as well as a recipe in her first book on how to make it. It takes about a year and tastes great! I am about to finish my own batch.
