      Today I made a vegan kimchi. I remembered my porridge, the radish, persimmon, onion, garlic, scallions, etc. Then, I went out with my grandmother and left it out to ferment. Now that I am home again I remember that I forgot to add ginger! Do you think this will drastically affect the flavor? Can I add it in anyway?
