I found Maangchi´s website when searching for a Kimchi recipe… Then watching the videos in stead of Soap Operas (don´t watch those, period), I´ve tried out a bunch of recipes, fell in love with Korean cuisine, but haven´t had the time to make Kimchi yet. But the day will come…
Well I have been lost in K-Dramas…lol I have made Maangchi’s Kimchi recipe, it’s still fermenting. I must be patient. But so far her recipe was easy to follow. Give it a try! :D
