      Hello,
      I am new to your site and having watched how to make kimchi, having tried it today for the first time, I wanted to ask how to add fish to the kimchi. Aside from how to do this in the process of making kimchi, which type of fish is best to use for this? It was mentioned in your kimchi video but I couldn’t find it back in the forum.

      bonjour,

      personnellement j’ai mis des morceaux de cabillaud. c’est intéressant mais le kimchi prend sur le dessus sur le poisson. Je pense essayer avec des lamelles de haddock, plus fort en goût.
